Be reliable. Really, it doesn't matter how much you tip so much as that you do it every time. Likewise, schedule with about the same amount of notice - a day, two days, a week - to help the girl whose calendar spans two or three lives (work, sex work, school ...). And it's good if the sex is predictable, too. In fact, I think it's sweet.
Brittany's comment: I agree with all of that, in addition just be respectful. The rate is the rate. If this is too much for you to spend - please look elsewhere. I do not need to hear about what a rip-off this is, or how you can get this cheaper on craigslist. If that is the type of girl you want, we probably do not have much in common anyway.
Also if you cancel and I am already at your location - be a Man and pay the cancellation fee. It is never more than $100.00 dollars and usually around $50.00 (city). What these clients do not understand is that it takes time to get ready and come to the location. I also hire a driver that gets paid - even if I don't. So be a sport and do the right thing. Otherwise you may get on the blacklist. Well mine for sure.
